3. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Premium Plans

Fitnession offers premium plans with additional features. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Google Play Store. All transactions are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies:

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
For refund requests after 48 hours, contact us at support@fitnession.com
Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the circumstances
Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods after 7 days

5.4 Plan Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing and plans. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance and will not affect current subscription periods.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (including health data, photos, and feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
